  • Thurs, Oct 1 – ASP TKD Rank Testing 4pm. 
  • Sat, Oct 3 – Moving Day Nashville – Fundraiser for the Parkinson’s Foundation with Rock Steady Boxing ! Click HERE to find out more, participate, or donate to our team!
  • Oct 5-9 – Fall Camp. Sign up your child ahead of time. Call GM Stevens for availability.
  • Sat, Oct 10 – SFTKD Annual Picnic. 11am – 3pm (ish) at Old Fort Park (big pavilion by Kids’ Castle). Potluck style, with GM Stevens’ burning some hot dogs at the grill, yard games, and more!! More details on the flyers at the school. Drop in any time through the day!
  • Sat, Nov 7 – CTF National Championships at Battleground Academy in Franklin TN! Take advantage of Nationals being local this year- register to compete, or come and cheer on our SFTKD competitors as they chase the title of  CTF National Champion!

Before class, some of our students choose to put in some extra work on their patterns. Beyond memory work, patterns develop strong mechanics, speed, footwork, and muscle memory for a variety of techniques.

Owned and operated by Master Jack R. Stevens, Jr.; our school offers over 40 years of expertise in martial arts instruction with both children and adults.

Our after school program is the largest in Rutherford County, serving Murfreesboro county schools. We also offer summer kids camp designed to keep your child exercising, learning and building great friendships.

We offer classes designed to get every member of your family moving. With traditional TaeKwonDo for ages 5 and up, and Krav Maga classes for adults, everyone can find a place here.
