The first tournament of 2026 is in Mt. Juliet TN on Sat, Feb 28! Make sure you are training NOW! Talk to your instructors, then register HERE.

SCHEDULE:

  • Sat Feb 7 – CTF Adult Black Belt Workout. 10:30am. No open floor.
  • Sat Feb 7 – CTF Tournament Rules Clinic immediately following BB Workout (noon-ish). Required for all judges and referees for the 2026 season. Check the CTF site for other options.
  • Sat Feb 14 – CTF Junior Black Belt Workout 11am-12:30pm. Open gym limited to 10:15-10:45
  • Thurs Feb 26 – ASP TKD Rank Testing, 4pm.
  • Thurs Feb 26 – Adult TKD Rank Testing, 6:30pm. No evening classes.
  • Fri Feb 27 – Homeschool and Evening Kids TKD Rank Testing 6pm. No evening classes.
  • Sat Feb 28 – First CTF Tournament of the 2026 season! Watch for upcoming details. Mt Juliet TN.
  • Sun March 1 – International Team Workout. Mt Juliet Taekwondo, 9am. With instructor permission only.
  • Mon March 2 – NEW EVENING CLASS SCHEDULE TAKES EFFECT!

Before class, some of our students choose to put in some extra work on their patterns. Beyond memory work, patterns develop strong mechanics, speed, footwork, and muscle memory for a variety of techniques.

Owned and operated by Master Jack R. Stevens, Jr.; our school offers over 40 years of expertise in martial arts instruction with both children and adults.

Our after school program is the largest in Rutherford County, serving some schools in Murfreesboro city and many of the surrounding county schools as well. We also offer camps for kids during the summer months that will keep your child exercising, learning and having the time of their life doing it.

In addition to our traditional programs, we offer classes designed to get every member of your family moving. With traditional TaeKwonDo and KRAV MAGA classes we offer something for every member of the family.
