  • UPDATED: Taekwondo Rank Testing. Adults– Thursday, June 17, 6:30pm
  • Taekwondo Rank Testing. Kids– Friday, June 18, 6:00pm
  • No Summer Camp July 5-9 to allow our staff time off. Classes remain on a regular schedule.
  • Saturday, July 10, 10:30am. CTF Black Belt Workout at Columbia Taekwondo with Master Jack Stevens. Regular SFTKD Saturday schedule.
  • First CTF Regional Tournament– July 24th! Mark your calendars and  stay tuned for more details!

Before class, some of our students choose to put in some extra work on their patterns. Beyond memory work, patterns develop strong mechanics, speed, footwork, and muscle memory for a variety of techniques.

Owned and operated by Master Jack R. Stevens, Jr.; our school offers over 40 years of expertise in martial arts instruction with both children and adults.

Our after school program is the largest in Rutherford County, serving all schools in Murfreesboro city and most all of the surrounding county schools as well. We also offer camps for kids during the summer months that will keep your child exercising, learning and having the time of their life doing it.
